Health Screening

All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.

I may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter.

If client has a proof that he/she is moving out of the area (5 miles radius)

Payment for these sessions must be made prior the booking.

To ensure continuity of sessions, payment for a subsequent block must be made at the end of the final session of the previous block. If this does not happen, your regular time slot can not be guaranteed.

Clients with the memberships (direct debit) will receive a number of sessions they can book every week. If client is sick or on holiday and gave a notice, unused sessions can be used in the future.
If you are paying by direct debit, your signature on the credit-card or debit-card form authorises us to use that card to take the monthly payment if we do not receive your direct-debit payment for any reason. If you fall behind with your membership fees and this is not caused by a bank error, we may charge reasonable administration fees or suspend or cancel your membership and we may pass your details to a debt-collection company to recover any outstanding payments.
We may decide to increase our membership fees, but your fees will not increase in your first year of membership. We will give you one month’s notice of any fee change. If you pay your membership fees as a lump-sum payment, we will only review your membership fees when your membership is due for renewal.
Canelation Policy:

12 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments. This is true for both block bookings , pay as you go or membership clients.

Notice of less than 12 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.

You will be able to use on time cancelled session within 30 days

GI Training Ltd reserves a right to stop the sessions for up to 14 days, full refund (cash or sessions) will be issued.

If we cancelled the session due to any reasons, you will be able to use the session for your future bookings.

If the client is late for a session the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.

If trainer is late additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

If client doesn't show up within 15min from the booked session time, trainer is entitled to leave the session

If you want to cancel a membership you have to give 14 days written notice to info@gilocal.co.uk
6 weeks transformation programme is non refundable and all sessions has to be used within the 6 weeks from the first personal training session.
